K1W Digital Solutions ("K1W", "we") is an independent freelance team operating k1w.my.id. We are not a registered PT/CV. For any privacy question, contact privacy@k1w.my.id.
What we collect
Contact/registration forms (name, email, phone, company), project communications, and — for clients using our email delivery service — the recipient lists and content they submit for screening and routing.
How we use it
To deliver the service you signed up for, to screen mail before it's routed to a delivery provider, to respond to inquiries, and — only with separate opt-in — to send product updates.
Sub-processors / third parties
Mail is routed through Amazon SES, OVH, and Linode depending on message type. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and manage email preferences anytime on the Manage Email Preferences page.
Retention
We keep account and project data for as long as the account is active plus a reasonable period for legal/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it on request.
