Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

The service

K1W provides development, cloud, and email delivery/routing services on a per-project or retainer basis, agreed in writing before work begins.

Acceptable Use Policy for email clients

By using our email delivery service you agree that: (1) every recipient list is opt-in or has a clear transactional relationship with you — no purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists; (2) content does not include phishing, malware, deceptive claims, or anything illegal under Indonesian law; (3) every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe; (4) we may suspend sending immediately, without prior notice, if bounce or complaint rates exceed safe thresholds or if screening flags a policy breach.

Pre-send screening

Every batch we route — transactional or marketing — is checked against this policy before it reaches Amazon SES, OVH, or Linode. We keep the right to decline to send anything that fails screening.

Payment & scope changes

Pricing and payment terms are set per project in a written quote. Scope changes are agreed in writing before extra work begins.

Liability

We're a small team, not an insurer of deliverability outcomes — we commit to following this policy and industry best practice, not to guaranteeing inbox placement, which no provider can promise.

Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
